A DIY chemical bottle poured into a radiator cannot dislodge compacted sludge. We connect an industrial Kamco CF90 Quantum high-velocity pump capable of reversing water flow instantly.
By pulsing 170 litres of chemically treated water per minute in alternate directions, it creates turbulent shear forces that lift baked-on magnetite without damaging fragile radiator seams or copper solder joints.

Our Kamco CF90 pumps rely on high water flow velocity rather than high pressure (operating at under 1.5 bar). A powerflush will not break sound pipework. In rare cases where a radiator already has advanced internal pinhole corrosion that was temporarily plugged by sludge, cleaning the sludge may expose the preexisting leak. We advise on radiator condition before beginning.
